Amelia was adopted in November of 2024 by Becky in Maryland who is excited to have her as her next all around partner for all the fun things, and we can't be more happy with the match.

Easy Landing, “Amelia,” is a 13 year old, 15.1 hand chestnut mare that raced 27 times before retiring from racing in 2017. Amelia was recently returned to ATR through no fault of her own, just changes in her adopter's life, but she came back to us with a whole lot of new skills!

While she's been out of work the last few months, she has a solid history as an all around horse who has done low level dressage, jumping, and trail riding. When she's in consistent work, she's reported to be amazing. Her last home had a small daughter who could ride her all around.

Amelia had no physical issues when she retired from racing and our vet found her to be super sound for her re-evaluation now that she's back with us. She has a stellar personality is in great shape, and just needs someone willing to give her a bit of a refresher. Beyond that, the sky is the limit. She has no limitations!
