Description
Go Uncle Bob was adopted in June of 2023 by Marty who is excited to have him as her all around pleasure horse. She rode him beautifully here at our farm so we have a good feeling they're going to make a great team!

Go Uncle Bob, "Tio," was adopted and returned after two years through no fault of his own. His owner sadly developed health conditions that forced her to give him up. Because of the time he spent with her, he will make one very nice horse for his next partner.
According to his last adopter, he solidly does walk/trot/canter, ground poles, and cross rails calmly. She mostly rode him in the ring for lack of riding partners on the trails. She says he is playful both on the ground and in the tack but he's just having fun more so than being mischievous. He's a horse that needs to keep his mind busy and he responds incredibly well to praise and picks up new concepts quickly if you take advantage of that.
We've only had a couple rides on him ourselves so far but he's been calm for walking around our arena. Sadly our footing is too hard after a more than a month with no rain so we haven't done much more than that with him yet. As soon as we're able, we certainly will.
Our vet absolutely loved Tio and said he's super sound, clean, and should have no limitations on his future. He's even barefoot! This guy has no vices and gets along well in the field with other horses. While not yet ready for beginners, he'd be a great adult ammy horse.
