Moon Meister was adopted in March of 2023 by Yolanda in Missouri. Yolanda is a big fan of dressage and trail riding and is excited to have another OTTB to bring along for herself as her next partner. We can't wait to see how they do!

Moon Meister has the looks and sweets to melt any heart he meets. He may not be a jumper, but he could have SO much fun with you on the trails, in the dressage ring, or anywhere else that doesn't involve more than hopping over a log to get from point A to B once in a while.

Moon Meister is a 2018, 15.2 hand, bay gelding who arrived by way of New Start for Horses in Pennsylvania. He is a very cute bay with a giant snip! He raced 25 times with his last race in October of 2022. He is by Bodemeister and out of a Maria's Mon mare.

Moon Meister had surgery in December to remove a chip from a knee and progressed through his rehab with textbook perfection. He has been approved for full turnout and is just starting back into work (lightly at first).

Recent radiographs confirmed the surgeon's prognosis. He still has some changes in his knee, but the good news is he is super sound. He should do very well in any home on the flat and could certainly hop over a log to get from point A to point B on the trail.

Moon has no vices and is incredibly sweet. He has been easy every step of the way and gets along well with other horses in turnout. He was willing and quiet for his first ride off the track, just green as should be expected.
